  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, and Delta/Connect.

  - Fax to 020 7704 2878 complete with credit card details
  
  or
  
  - Post with your cheque or postal order to

  Please allow seven working days for your cheque to clear.

Delivery

• Standard delivery takes between 5-7 working days. Charges are £4.95 for orders under £175 and £19.95 for orders over £175 within UK mainland only. Special charges apply for areas outside of UK mainland.
• Express delivery takes between 2-3 working days. Charges are £8.95 for orders under £175 and £24.95 for orders over £175 within UK mainland only. This service excludes weekends.
• A “Book in” delivery service is available upon request. Please call 020 7704 1881 for a quote.
• Free delivery service is available for customers purchasing over £750.00 worth of items. This service is only available for customers from UK mainland.
• In event of damages and breakages, please notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please e-mail us at sales@decorexi.co.uk or fax us on 020 7704 2878.

Returns and Refunds

• Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of purchase of the items. Please return the items to:

• We will exchange or refund items if they are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please wrap items very securely and use registered delivery for your own protection. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange/refund pierced items.
• Refunds are paid in Pound Sterling. Decorexi Ltd. cannot be responsible for any fluctuation in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would advise our customers to consider this before making any overseas orders.
